We schedule a time with you or someone from your Management team to go over the position(s). We will break down the job description to make sure we are in sync with who you are looking for.
Once you have identified the candidate you want to hire we will go over your
offer package and make sure it lines up with the candidates expectations. We will help “pre-close” the candidate by making sure they verbally accept your terms and are ready to receive the official offer letter. Theery can also help with reference checks if requested.
We will keep in contact with the candidate up to their start date and facilitate any requests from either side. Theery will make sure they are transitioning nicely into their exciting new role and company!
